How to take:
Just stir a heaped teaspoon into a glass of cold water or fresh juice once or twice a day, or add to a smoothie. Using a plastic or wooden spoon do not use a metal spoon.
If you got the capsules simply take 2 capsules at night.
Parasite Cleanse:
The best time to do your parasite cleanse is over a full moon for 28 days the first time you do it. This means you need to start 5-7 days before full moon and continue to take the diatomaceous earth regularly for 28 days. If you miss a day please do it again the following month.
You will need to do a cleanse every 3-6 months. After your first detox you will only need to follow the protocol for 15 days as opposed to 28 days.
When using D/E, be sure to drink plenty of fluids, because it can have a dehydrating effect on the body.
