We have used this product because it is an amazing anti-inflammatory and will help with internal and external inflammation. An added bonus is that it contains mild antimicrobial compounds and helps keep the thyroid healthy!

Rosemary 30 drops at night

We have chosen rosemary because it is a powerful antioxidant, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory.

Spike Blend 20 drops or 2 caps 2x daily

Although skincare isn’t the main purpose of this product, it is made up of amazing liver detoxing and supporting herbs. We believe that in order for the skin to be clear we need to clean up the liver.

Zeolite 1tsp 2x daily

Is an amazing binder and detoxing agent to help the body cleanse itself of any toxins that may be contributing to acne.

Omega 2x capsules at night

Omega is great all round for the body but it is also made up of essential fatty acids with anti-inflammatory activity.

Raw Apple Cider Vinegar 

We suggest diluting and rubbing this directly onto the skin as well as adding 1 tsp to your drinking water daily.

Directions

Apply or use only as directed on the current package. Avoid eyes and broken skin unless the product is specifically intended for that area.
